The aims and objectives of our General Coordinatorship have been shaped in line with the strategic priorities and quality policies of our university, in the light of Articles 5 and 6 of our Directive:

Aims
  • Institutional Coordination: To regulate the relations of all application and research centers established under the auspices of our university with the Rectorate, other academic units, and the administrative organization; to ensure a healthy flow of communication and workflow between units.
  • Strategic Leadership: To contribute to the development of the university's research and application strategies; to ensure that the centers carry out measurable and high value-added activities compatible with these strategies.
  • Efficiency and Effectiveness: To ensure that the centers use their human resources and physical infrastructure effectively, to prevent duplicate studies, and to maintain the dynamism of the centers with the condition of at least one activity in each academic year.
Objectives
  • Activity Monitoring and Reporting: To monitor the performance of affiliated centers at the end of each academic year, to analyze the scientific and social studies carried out, and to submit comprehensive activity reports to the Rectorate.
  • Legislation and Directive Support: To prepare draft directives suitable for legislation for newly established centers, and to coordinate the processes of adapting the directives of existing centers to current laws and regulations.
  • Promotion and Visibility: To make the projects, scientific outputs, and community service activities of the centers more visible both within and outside the university; to strengthen the corporate image.
  • Event Planning: To plan interdisciplinary meetings, seminars, workshops, and training programs under the leadership of the General Coordinatorship or in cooperation with the centers.
  • Process Improvement: To evaluate the status of centers that are inactive or have lost their function within the relevant academic year, and to make necessary proposals to the Senate for their closure, merger, or transformation.
