Core Values

Our General Coordinatorship adopts the following core values within the framework of the working procedures and principles specified in our directive. These values guide us in realizing our university's vision of producing knowledge and adding value to society and in establishing a sense of corporate belonging in all our centers.

  • Cooperation and Coordination: As emphasized in Article 14 of our Directive, we base our relationships with our centers on the principle of "working in cooperation" rather than a strict hierarchy. We believe that success is achieved not through individual efforts but through coordinated teamwork.
  • Scientific Competence: Our main priority is to increase the application and research competence of our university. We observe academic quality and scientific ethics in all our activities.
  • Transparency and Accountability: We adopt transparency as a principle in the processes of regularly reporting the activities of the centers and sharing them with the Senate and the Administrative Board.
  • Innovation and Dynamism: We aim to maintain the dynamic structure of our university by proposing the establishment of centers in new areas where needed or by revising those that have lost their functionality.
  • Interdisciplinary Approach: We encourage centers with different areas of expertise to meet on a common ground and respect the multi-faceted nature of science.
